A double-layer beanie with a turned-back brim, and a band of silver ferns knitted around the brim in grey on black. It measures approximately 51 cm around and 22 cm from brim to crown (20 in × 8.5 in).

Knitted in New Zealand from 50% merino lambswool, 40% possum fur and 10% mulberry silk. The double layer adds warmth over the ears, and the fern makes it a popular gift for visitors to New Zealand. Black and grey sit with almost any outerwear, from a navy rain jacket to a charcoal overcoat.

Hand wash in cold water. Never rub, twist, or wring — gentle squeezing only. Lay flat to dry in shade, away from direct heat. Store folded in a cool, dry place.

New possum merino may shed lightly during the first few wears. This is completely normal and stops quickly. A gentle hand wash helps release any loose surface fibres.
