Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your order every step of the way.
Our knitwear is produced in small batches by New Zealand makers, which means some items may occasionally be between production runs — particularly during peak season. If anything in your order is temporarily unavailable, we'll be in touch within one business day with your options. We won't leave you waiting — your card won't be charged until we've confirmed availability or you've let us know how you'd like to proceed.
Delivery
All orders ship fully tracked via NZ Post. New Zealand orders ship via CourierPost with signature required. International orders are tracked end-to-end, with final delivery handled by your local postal service — AusPost in Australia, USPS in the United States, Royal Mail in the United Kingdom, and equivalent services elsewhere. Metro areas are typically faster than regional or remote addresses.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
New Zealand has free trade agreements with the United Kingdom< (2023) and the European Union<(2024), which means all Native Possum knitwear ships to the UK and EU with zero customs duty. The only charge on arrival is your country's standard VAT.

Refused or Returned Packages
