Patterned Possum Merino Throw

USD$465
... ›

A double-layer throw knitted in a two-tone geometric pattern. The pattern reverses from one side to the other, so one face is mostly light and the other mostly dark. It measures approximately 125 cm × 140 cm (49 in × 55 in).

Knitted in New Zealand from 50% merino lambswool, 40% possum fur and 10% mulberry silk. The double layer adds warmth and weight, and the size suits a sofa, an armchair or the end of a single bed.

Folded over the arm of a chair, the pattern brings a graphic edge to a plain room. Turn it to the darker side for a deeper tone in winter, or to the lighter side to brighten a neutral sofa.

For a chunky texture, see the Ribbed Possum Merino Throw.

Exact measurements of this piece, laid flat. Allow ±2cm as each piece is knitted.

Hand wash in cold water. Never rub, twist, or wring — gentle squeezing only. Lay flat to dry in shade, away from direct heat. Store folded in a cool, dry place.

New possum merino may shed lightly during the first few wears. This is completely normal and stops quickly. A gentle hand wash helps release any loose surface fibres.
