A tunic-length possum merino vest in a honeycomb knit, with a boxy shape, dropped shoulders and a high-low hem that falls longer at the back. Side splits fastened with two buttons and a deep ribbed hem finish the shape.

Knitted in New Zealand from 65% fine merino wool, 25% possum fur and 10% mulberry silk. The blend has a very soft handfeel, while the honeycomb stitch gives the vest its depth and texture.

Wear it loose over a shirt with wide-leg trousers, or belt it at the waist for more shape. Over a fine knit, it adds warmth through the body when the weather cools. For the same knit in a looser, more generous shape, see the Honeycomb Possum Merino Poncho.

Exact measurements of this garment, laid flat. Chest width is across the front, underarm to underarm. Allow ±2cm as each piece is knitted.

Hand wash in cold water. Never rub, twist, or wring — gentle squeezing only. Lay flat to dry in shade, away from direct heat. Store folded in a cool, dry place.

New possum merino may shed lightly during the first few wears. This is completely normal and stops quickly. A gentle hand wash helps release any loose surface fibres.
