Garter Detail Possum Merino Poncho

CAD$191
... ›

A poncho with diagonal lines of garter stitch running across the body, and an asymmetric neckline that folds over at the collar. The hem falls to a point at the front.

Knitted in New Zealand from 55% merino wool, 35% possum fur and 10% mulberry silk. One size fits most. Without sleeves, it slips on over a jumper or a long-sleeve top.

Wear it over a fine jumper with slim black trousers or jeans. McDonald styles it with a beanie and gloves in a matching tone.

For gloves, see the Plain Possum Merino Glove. For a cowl neck and a longer back, see the Step Hem Possum Merino Poncho.

Hand wash in cold water. Never rub, twist, or wring — gentle squeezing only. Lay flat to dry in shade, away from direct heat. Store folded in a cool, dry place.

New possum merino may shed lightly during the first few wears. This is completely normal and stops quickly. A gentle hand wash helps release any loose surface fibres.
