A men's crew neck sweater in a single colour, with bands of contrasting colour at the hem and cuffs. McDonald drew the bands from horizon lines in New Zealand landscapes.

It is knitted in New Zealand from 55% merino wool, 35% possum fur and 10% mulberry silk, with the bands knitted in rather than added afterwards.

Let the bands show below a zip jacket, or wear it with dark jeans so the colour at the hem stands out.

Exact measurements of this garment, laid flat. Chest width is across the front, underarm to underarm. Allow ±2cm as each piece is knitted.

Hand wash in cold water. Never rub, twist, or wring — gentle squeezing only. Lay flat to dry in shade, away from direct heat. Store folded in a cool, dry place.

New possum merino may shed lightly during the first few wears. This is completely normal and stops quickly. A gentle hand wash helps release any loose surface fibres.
