McDonald's signature poncho, knitted in broad diagonal bands of colour that step from one tone to the next. The pattern runs front and back, and the neck rolls softly at the collar.

Mid-weight and knitted in New Zealand from 55% merino wool, 35% possum fur and 10% mulberry silk. One size fits most. With no sleeves to fit, it sits easily over a jumper or a long-sleeve top.

Wear it with the point at the front over jeans and boots, or turn it so the point falls to the side for a longer line. It drapes over a jumper without bunching, so it is the layer to add when the day turns cold.

Hand wash in cold water. Never rub, twist, or wring — gentle squeezing only. Lay flat to dry in shade, away from direct heat. Store folded in a cool, dry place.

New possum merino may shed lightly during the first few wears. This is completely normal and stops quickly. A gentle hand wash helps release any loose surface fibres.
