Mittens in 100% undyed 26-micron Corriedale wool from the Waihopai Valley, Marlborough, where one family has farmed for generations. Every step from sheep to knit happens in New Zealand, and the wool keeps the natural cream of the fleece. Discreet openings let you use a phone without taking them off.

The Corriedale breed was developed in New Zealand from Merino and longwool crosses, and its dense, soft-handling wool gives the knit body. Rib and garter stitch keep the texture simple, and a long ribbed cuff tucks under a coat sleeve. One size, with stretch to fit most hands.

Select Colour

Hand wash in cold water. Never rub, twist, or wring — gentle squeezing only. Lay flat to dry in shade, away from direct heat. Store folded in a cool, dry place.

New possum merino may shed lightly during the first few wears. This is completely normal and stops quickly. A gentle hand wash helps release any loose surface fibres.
