A bold, large-scale check in two colours, with solid blocks alternating with diagonal-striped squares. The pattern shows on both sides, so there's no wrong side when it's wrapped or draped.

Knitted in New Zealand from 65% fine merino wool, 25% possum fur and 10% mulberry silk. The blend gives the scarf a very soft handfeel with the lightweight warmth associated with possum merino.

At 170cm (67") long and 24cm (9.5") wide, it works as a scarf, wrapped once around the neck or doubled for more coverage, or as an elegant wrap draped over the shoulders. Hand wash in cold water. Never rub, twist, or wring — gentle squeezing only. Lay flat to dry in shade, away from direct heat. Store folded in a cool, dry place.

New possum merino may shed lightly during the first few wears. This is completely normal and stops quickly. A gentle hand wash helps release any loose surface fibres.
